All data is securely accessible via the TRENPEX Portal, which also integrates seamlessly with downstream systems. Search, report, and analyze data across entry and exit lists, vehicle histories (movement profiles, dwell times, idle times), damage documentation and damage reports in accordance with the GCU, safety documentation and control records, documentation on regulatory compliance, hazardous goods labeling, and more—all within one connected platform.
In case of irregularities, such as axle overloads, automatic alerts via email, SMS, or webhook ensure immediate action. You can also share verified digital documentation securely via QR codes — eliminating the need for printing or manual data entry.
All information and reports can also be shared digitally and paperlessly via QR codes with recipients who do not have access to TRENPEX. No printing, scanning, typing, or copy-and-pasting: in a final step, this information and the derived insights are mmediately integrated into your existing digital systems (e.g., ERP, TOS, or SAP) and/or directly linked to other logistics systems such as upstream notification systems or downstream yard management systems.
