Our Technology — Real-Time Relief for Your Logistics

With the three-part TRENPEX solution — consisting firstly of various hardware components, secondly of the central TRENPEX DataHub, and thirdly of the TRENPEX Portal — your company gains a significant advantage in logistics management.

To obtain a complete picture of transport movements, video gates, TRENPEX-RailGate and TRENPEX-RoadGate, are used. With a camera system developed in-house and AI-based OCR character recognition, incoming and outgoing rail vehicles and trucks, including container deliveries, are identified and clearly recognized.

Hardware

Powerful and compatible on-site detection systems

TRENPEX uses hardware developed in-house, such as the TRENPEX video gates TRENPEX-RailGate and TRENPEX-RoadGate, to collect your logistics data. We also work with third-party providers to combine their data with our image data and make it visible to you. This primarily includes measurement data from dynamic scales, but also other sensor technologies, such as those used to detect contamination such as radioactivity, wheel profiles, flat spots, or hot spots. We can also integrate the results of RFID detection, which is common in many countries, into our overall solution.

Sensor data and third-party data originating from industrial companies are collected in the central data center, combined with information from other systems, processed by TRENPEX, and delivered to customers in a targeted manner.

TRENPEX provides its customers worldwide with full control over all relevant data via its web-based portal: You receive information on every measurement event, every vehicle, every container, every vehicle type, every measurement location, and every measurement point.
